So often is the case that we will take the time to complain if a product, company, or service falls short of our expectations. It’s less often that we praise those who exceed our expectations. I recently wrote to 37 Signals, the company behind products such as Basecamp, and Backpack, to tell them how amazing Basecamp has been for me. They were kind enough to post it on their company blog.
